Hotel Night Auditor
Rogers Holiday Inn Express is looking for a Night Auditor to join our Guest Service team. As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for working with the entire hotel team to ensure our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they walk through our doors when they arrive until they check out. Night Audit shifts are 11 pm to 7 am.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time
• Communicate with all departments of the hotel and the rest of the guest service team to ensure all guests' needs are met
• Develop knowledge of hotel services and amenities as well as surrounding area attractions.
• Work with General Manager to maximize revenue using effective selling techniques when making guest reservations
• Accurately complete night audit and submit daily reports
• Comply at all times with hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful candidate must possess a sincere desire to help people, maintain a professional and well groomed appearance, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must have excellent English.
• Must be able to work evenings (11pm-7am) and possible weekends.
• Possess great communication skills and be a good listener.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing needs of hotel guests and hotel staff.
• Must be computer literate.
• Previous hotel experience and knowledge of hotel Front Office software (Opera) a plus.

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
