Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 annually based upon qualifications and experience.
HVAC Project Estimator - Sheet Metal Fabrication:
- This is a Direct Hire Job for an HVAC Project Estimator - Duct Fabrication
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of estimating HVAC Commercial/Industrial Duct Projects
- Basic AutoCAD experience
- Downloading project drawings and specifications
- standardSMACNACompile a complete project scope to define what portions of the project to be bid and to what
- Take off all required project components, such as: duct work, air handling equipment, air outlets, VAV boxes, exhaust fans
- Enter take off into our estimating system
- Contact vendors for pricing on specified items
- Compile complete detailed spreadsheet with all related components for review by senior estimator
- Compile complete detailed proposal for presentation
- Follow up on all proposals
