firstPRO inc. is looking for an ICT Manager to join their team in Pottstown, PA.

This is a full time direct hire opportunity. Us citizens and green card holders only. Sorry, no sponsorship.

The ICT Manager's roles can be broken down into four main areas:

1. ICT Roadmap and tactical planning

2. Business Efficiencies

3. Systems and Network Administration

4. ICT User Support

Major Areas of Responsibility

· Assist in the implementation and ongoing operations of Deltek Costpoint ERP System and US Navy requirements.

· Work with executive management, departments, and external resources to develop a long-range plan (Roadmap) and establish and implement ICT policies and provide reports of ICT performance to executive management.

· Ensure ICT systems integrity by addressing cybersecurity and backup/archiving strategies.

· Execute on the plans at the tactical level to implement technology and processes and document systems and processes.

· Work with departments to review and improve business processes and intra-department integration.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT administrator plus business analyst / systems analyst role experience.

• Must have ERP/CRM Administrator experience

• Must have experience with data reporting

• Must have experience with implementing new business processes.

• Knowledge of general business ICT needs and solutions including CRM, ERP, PLM, etc.

• Strong background in all technical areas of ICT

• Ability to work with multiple depts/users to determine needs, educate, manage expectations, and set priorities

• Understanding of ICT to be able to determine, implement and monitor appropriate solutions

• Understanding of basic computer, server, and communications systems

• Ability to perform the functions of and manage Business Analyst and Technician resources

• Ability to manage contracted external resources

• Ability to use cloud-based and desktop applications

Bonus Requirements:

· IT experience in a manufacturing environment

· Knowledge, interest, and experience in AI

· CMMC knowledge

· Salesforce CRM experience

· Deltek Costpoint implementation experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
