Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Implementation Manager you will own the accurate and timely completion of the established implementation work plan including required data analytics, vendor connectivity, new member training, implementation/“go-live”, etc. Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships, preparing for and participating in regular meetings, and assuring all business partners (members and suppliers), have an outstanding experience with HealthTrust such that they would recommend and promote our services to others. Ability to work collaboratively as part of team, delivering high quality work in a high demand work environment, is key. The position is office-based in Nashville, Tennessee; and requires travel up to 75%.
As an Implementation Manager, your duties will include:
- Successful onboarding of new GPO members
- High quality data analytics/due diligence
- Assures an excellent business partner, and team member experience
- Receipt of data file
- Completion of data analytics/due diligence
- Mapping line item detail to contracts
- Establishing vendor connectivity
- Working with vendors/distribution partners
- Coordinating all LOC activity for new accounts/acquisitions
- Coordinating implementations with internal departments
- Training new members on HealthTrust systems- i.e. Member Portal, Contract Catalog
- Participating in on-site kick offs at the member’s location
- Participated in “after action reviews” with manager
- Connectivity reports, Savings reports, Tier status, other reports to enhance compliance/value
- Prepares and delivers reports and presentations, and attends meetings as require
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of Healthcare experience preferred, supply chain, sales, other.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred- supply chain, clinical, sales, other
- Analytics experience and expertise
- Travel up to 75%
- Management experience/experience as a trainer a plus
