Responsibilities:

• Look up heavy-duty truck parts
• Communicate with staff on parts status
• Ability to use the parts catalog when looking up parts
• Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Maintain inventory levels and accuracy
• Locate out-of-stock parts from an outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
• Commit to continuous learning about inventory and product lines

Qualifications:

• Heavy-duty parts experience preferred
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Confident, positive attitude
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to lift, carry and move more than 50 pounds
• Work in a fast-paced environment
