SENTRY, a premier provider of products to the military, law enforcement and shooting sports industries is looking to expand our customer service team. This position is the first point of contact for established and prospective dealers and consumers answering product questions, entering orders, and resolving issues. We are looking for energetic positive people who enjoy establishing relationships, providing critical product information and solving problems.

Job Requirements include:

• Prior Military, Law Enforcement, or Industry Experience Required
• 2-3 years previous experience in providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to build long term relationships with customers of all types
• Ability to relay product information and suggest alternative solutions as needed.
• Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Positive winning attitude
• Firm undertaking of the Microsoft suite of products
• Working knowledge of Netsuite software a plus

Minimum of high school diploma required, college degree, or military background preferred.
