As an Insights Analyst, you will be a part of a dynamic, impactful team of procurement professionals supporting Nike’s long-term initiatives.

Based at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR you will partner with business leaders to solve problems, uncover insights, and drive strategic change with the power of data!

You’ll be a trusted member of a globally distributed team with the following responsibilities:

• Own, implement, and drive Insights for a Global Procurement Category teams
• Present data optimally and in a visually compelling way
• Create reporting to structure and solve about sophisticated problems
• Build trusting and meaningful relationships with internal partners in Global Procurement

You will review data, synthesize information, and provide summary views to sourcing managers and category leads. You will conduct analysis and build reporting to identify business opportunities to find opportunities to save time and money. You will collaborate with partners to gather analytic inputs, ensure business alignment, and translate their goals and objectives into projects and timelines.

The application of advanced analytics and delivery of ad-hoc insights are key capabilities for this role.

You will prioritize projects within your category space while delivering to the needs of the customers and the company.

You will have effective oral and written communication skills for collaborators, internal procurement function and third parties.

You will have the ability to raise issues and risks to members as needed.

This opportunity will also give you the chance to interact, present, and work with senior leadership to gain support for key initiatives and strategies. In addition, you will work with counterparts around the globe to coordinate these strategies at a geographic level. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field
• 1-3 years relevant work experience preferred
• Analytically strong, detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience with complex data and analytical models are a must
• Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact in a rapid paced organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications: including advanced level PowerPoint and Excel
• A flexible, adaptable and resourceful working style comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an international culturally-diverse team
• The ability to proactively manage multiple projects through business prioritization and active communication with key stakeholders
• Fluency in Python, R, SQL, and/or related languages
• Experience with dashboarding tools such a Tableau, Cognos, PowerBI
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to network, influence, and inspire
• Passion for the NIKE brand
