We are a scratch Allstate Agency located in the heart of Frisco (just across the Tollway from The Star). We are one of the fastest growing agencies in Texas!

• Work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, retirement income and live a good life
• Apply your knowledge and sales skills to help protect our customer’s needs by providing personalized service with trusted advice
• Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
• Be a team-player to help grow the agency
• Be organized and efficient
• Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• $1500 Signing Bonus for valid TX P&C License with 1+ years of Insurance Sales Experience.

• Fluent in business English and Spanish
• Driven, confident, self-starter who works well independently
• A great communicator!
• Minimum 1 – 3 years prior sales experience preferred
• Positive and self-motivated
• Able to obtain insurance licenses within 60 days, already possessing a license is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
