Description:

The right candidate will be able to review and then critically research and resolve the customers complaint. Complaints are coming into the bank from consumer deposits. This could be an ATM, transaction in a branch, or at a retail store, etc.

• Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.
• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.
• Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
• Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to more experienced individuals.
• Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns, as well as determine appropriate course of action.
• Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiates, and enact settlements accordingly.
• Expect 5 to 10 calls per day. Very low volume but professional conversations with customers about a complaint that needs to be addressed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• HS Diploma
• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience with a financial institution

Work Environment

• This team will work onsite for training for a month and then at home Hybrid, every other week. Training should last a month and then the Hybrid schedule will go into effect.
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Flexible start time after training.
• Dress Code is business casual.
