Position We have one position available for an experienced Irrigation Crew Member. We are looking for an employee with experience in installation and service of lawn and landscaping irrigation systems.

Role & Responsibilities General responsibilities include the preparation, installation, and servicing of irrigation systems. As a customer-facing technician, your work will directly impact our customers and their water needs.

• Assisting Lead Technicians with installations and service calls which include identifying, repairing, adjusting, and / or replacing irrigation components.
• Transporting required materials & parts to job-sites
• Operating power tools
• Operating heavy machinery
• Organizing & stocking the warehouse
• Maintaining truck inventory, loading & unloading the service truck

Essential Skills

• Excellent attendance
• Mechanically inclined, including the ability to assess, evaluate, and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems
• Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with other team members and customers
• Display an ability to learn & master new concepts
• Display strong initiative
• Technologically inclined, including the ability to use mobile apps to support paperless workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Customer service experience – 1 year
• Irrigation installation experience – 1 year
• Smart phone with the ability to download applications
• Pass a criminal background check, driver's record check & a drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
