Job description
Position Summary
Provides first level customer support and service to all CTHS users for hardware and software issues. Supports customers in hardware and
software troubleshooting, recommends and implements solutions, or refers issues to higher level support staff. Uses the ticketing system to log and document status of all incoming support requests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one (1) year of previous professional experience in a technical support role in a Windows environment. Education may
- be substituted for years of experience on a 1-to-1 basis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
