Janitorial/ Grounds Keeper- Including below desired skills but not limited to the following:
- Cleaning of Office & Pool Restrooms
- Cleaning of Security Kiosks
- Cleaning of Elevators
- Cleaning of Interior/ Exterior lights
- Cleaning of Windows at office
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning of cobwebs and dust along the interior and exterior of buildings
- Cleaning of Golf Carts
- Pressure Washing Dumpster Enclosure, Carports, Walkways, Sidewalks, Building Hallways, and staircase.
- Use of floor machine scrubber
- Trash pick-up all around the community including interior of buildings and all exterior
- Debris pick-up of tree limbs, remove moss from trees and bushes, large weeds and raking of leaves when needed.
- Maintain sidewalks and walkways by moving landscaping rocks to bed area.
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towels and toilet paper.
- Bilingual
- Maintain pet stations by refilling bag dispenser and discard pet waste.
- Maintaining Inventory of supplies
- Use of leaf blower
- Basic chemical and cleaning materials knowledge
- Clean A/C Drain lines using vacuum.
- Work one weekend day, Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
