The Junior Financial Analyst will assist with providing analysis and visibility into critical business data supporting the management’s team ability to make data-based decisions. They will provide data that is accurate, reliable, and ensure the information is easily available for direct consumption or through integration with other systems.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Compile data and prepare a variety of different schedules and reports
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
- Knowledge of basic accounting, financial and analytical techniques
- Prepare various analyses in response to special requests
- Production of various financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets
- Communicate information that affects departments' financial results.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel - including Sumifs, VLOOKUP, Xlookups, Pivot Tables, and more
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ascertain and communicate on critical financial/operational issues
