Junior Account Manager
Crealytics is a fast-growing technology company whose data-driven platform enables global e-commerce retailers to drive performance in product advertising and paid search. // Your responsibilities
- You set up data entry and campaigns in Salesforce and ClickUp utilizing the timeline sheet in accordance with campaign run dates
- You prepare campaign screenshots, Go Live development and distribution
- You will deliver on client requests in a timely manner, anticipate any roadblocks and develop solutions if needed
- You develop bi-weekly and final campaign reporting and distribution
- You will prepare IOs and see the whole process through
- You are responsible for all tier-3 level accounts on our client's account that will be assigned lead client communication
// Your profile
- You have some account management or client relationship management experience, ideally in a B2B setting
- You have experience working with Microsoft Excel and the office suite
- Ideally you have Salesforce platform experience
- Google Ads Manager experience is a strong plus
- You have a love of both numbers and innovative technologies
- You have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality and take ownership of your projects
