Our headquarters is located in the Cypress Waters development of Coppell, TX where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for our passionate communities.
About The Team:
The ADR Production team is responsible for creating the English language dub tracks for our shows. Our goal is to produce outstanding creative content that will delight and engage our audiences, partners and internal stakeholders. As a group comprised of audio staff, voice directors, writers, and support staff, we work in a fast paced, creative environment.
About You:
- We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in ADR production work.
- You have experience supervising teams or leading projects
- Knowledge of audio post-production process and sound engineering are highly preferred
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline driven and able to carry out production schedules and timelines
- Proficient in Google Suite (including calendar) and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Google Calendar are used daily
- Able to balance multiple project's and work with diverse personalities
A day in the life of our Junior Producer:
The Junior Producer works along side the producers with the full scope of ADR production including scheduling studio time, tracking episode progress and approving cast lists of ADR recording projects. The Junior Producer will also supervise the ADR voice directors working the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 1PM-10PM).
- Answer questions and troubleshoot ADR logistical and technical issues as they arise
- Supervise recording; ensure integrity and efficiency at all times
- Prep casting materials (auditions, talent availabilities, etc.) and meetings for ADR directing staff prior to each season
- Approve project cast lists
- Review episodes and provide qualitative feedback to producers and ADR directing staff
- Ensure ADR production materials are delivered to the studios accurately and on time
- Assist with external vendor communications
- Input and track due dates in Google Calendar each season
- Ensure ADR voice director deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication between divisions/departments
- Closely communicate and strategize with other producers and support staff daily
- Assist with departmental data management and organization
- Provide research assistance to producers and ADR directing staff for properties as needed
- Provide support with talent coordination and talent communication as needed
