TITLE: Laboratory Director
LOCATION: Lexington, KY

What they are looking for:
Graduate from an accredited Medical Technologist program required.
MT/CLS(ASCP) required.
Lab Management/Supervisor experience required.
They use: Gui, Medhost, and familiarity with KY Blood Bank is a plus.
Hours and Compensation:
Full time position primarily 8am-5pm but as the Director the hours could vary depending on need.
Salary will be between 90K-120K plus a full benefit package that could include relocation.
Additional Info:
The Director will report to the Administration. They are looking for someone that can make changes within the department to take it to the next level. The administrator is very supportive and wants to partner with
Lab Director for this crucial step so you will have their support.
Person will oversee around 30 total employees consisting of MT's, MLT's and Phlebotomist.
