Exciting opportunity to join the site R&D team in Fremont, NE in Quality & Food Safety function as Senior Technician. The role is working on quality system operation and supervision, ensuring quality management system implementation in factories and compliance with MARS QMP & regulatory.
What are we looking for?
- Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, and quality program GMP/ Hygienic design, familiar with legal food safety requirement, food process technology.
- Problem solving skill and systematic thinking
- Communication and influencing skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Drive the implementation of GMP on-site in compliance with the Mars GMP/ GHP standard, including GMP for production/ engineering and contractor, etc.
- Document control system management including the Nexus system.
- Develop the quality system training material and training plan and follow the implement
- CAPA system follow up to make sure all CAPA are not overdue.
- Prepare the management review report material.
- Verify the system procedure and regulation requirement compliance in process.
- Coordinate change management assessment in site level.
- Complete any other projects assigned by QA Manager.
