The Digital Labs group leads the development of commercial products for BDO. From ideation to a go-to-market plan, our team is comprised of experts in product management. BDO Digital Labs seeks a Senior Manager of Products that will be responsible for leading initiatives to achieve financial objectives by developing product and market strategy, product definition, positioning, and product lifecycle management that position the company to achieve long term growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals.

The Labs Senior Manager is an entrepreneurial-minded individual who works with the practice to fulfill product management needs. This role is responsible for assisting with all areas of product management, including ideation, discovery, design sprints, go-to-market and evangelism internally and externally of the practice.

In short, the Labs Senior Manager is someone who believes nothing is impossible, has extensive product management experience, has a clear understanding of how to take products to market, wants to help clients in their journeys to using our products, is a self-starter, and views challenges and obstacles as opportunities for growth and reward.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred; focus on Product Management, Product Marketing or Technology, preferred
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree, preferred

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of experience in maintaining client relationships, managing teams, and consulting, required
• Prior product ideation, marketing, and management experience, required
• Prior public accounting firm experience, preferred

Software:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, required
• Experience with marketing technology and automation tools, preferred

• Strong project management and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and autonomy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals and delegating work assignments, as needed
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
• Ability to encourage a team environment on engagements, and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel
• Executive presence, with the ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
