Landscaping Lawn Foreman
Moynihan Companies provides lawn maintenance for commercial accounts. Seeking motivated individuals with the ability to work hard, and manage other crew members on a daily basis. Must have experience, please disclose your experience on introduction.

Candidates should be experienced with all makes and models of mowers and edging machines. Skilled with:

• Mowing and Trimming
• Driving a truck and trailer
• Being the responsible person on the job
• Crew leadership, and training of crew members
• Landscape experience on high end jobs
• Pruning
• Planting
• Weeding
• Cleanups
• Snow plowing, salting and shoveling of high end commercial properties

Candidate must be responsible and organized, proper record keeping is a must, by smart phone. Jobs are in the Northern New Jersey area and Trenton. Work year round. Weekends are a mandatory during busy times. Must be available 6 days a week, year round.

Must have valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle record, and pass drug/alcohol test.

Benefits offered. Work week is Monday- Saturday, Winter reduced hours for snow plowing and salting. Benefits include health insurance, and paid vacation time.

Daily Hours: Approx. 6:00/7:00am-5:00/6:00pm with lunch break

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
