About the role:

We're hiring Maintenance Technicians to ensure Oishii's innovative indoor vertical farming technologies experience 100% uptime, operate at peak efficiency, and guarantee plant and worker safety. You will be responsible for executing standard operating procedures for systems maintenance and will work on broad and diverse systems including irrigation, lighting, automation, and mechanical components. You will collaborate cross functionally with farm operations, engineering, operations, and R&D staff.

What you'll do:

• Rapidly and effectively respond to all grow-system related problems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Complete planned maintenance procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Properly document all planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
• Carry out facility upgrade and optimization projects.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

• You are comfortable working with Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Willing to work evening and weekend shifts on occasion or rotating basis.

• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
