Futures Recovery Healthcare is a state-licensed, Joint Commission accredited behavioral healthcare provider located in Tequesta, Florida of Palm Beach County. We are seeking an excited and outgoing Full Time Lead Behavioral Health Technician to join our CORE team. The Lead Behavioral Health Technician is able to provide outstanding client service and care with compassion and discretion. The Lead Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the complete care and support of the patients undergoing treatment at Futures. We need employees to work the Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm.

  • You have experience with Electronic Medical Records and can update patient information
  • You have a hunger to continue to learn and grow with trainings and in-service
Qualifications:
  • Two-Three year's experience in a residential or inpatient treatment program, preferred
  • Experience with addiction and substance abuse disorders
  • Experience with PTSD care, Trauma care, Veterans, and First Responders
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Valid Driver's License, required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Weekend availability
