Our organization is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to effectively communicate with potential tenants. Responsibilities include touring apartments, responding to inquiries, negotiating leases, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The successful candidate should also be able to identify potential issues and take the appropriate steps to resolve them.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide tours of the property and explain the features and benefits of living in the community.
• Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, leases, and other related documents.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local rental market and competitive properties.
• Respond to phone inquiries and emails in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
