East Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 200-bed facility servicing the North East Bronx Community. East Haven offers short term rehab, sub-acute care and nursing home care, as well as offering in-house hospice care. Caring is our Commitment is our motto and we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurse with the same dedication
As an LPN you will be responsible for providing residents assistance with ADL’s, in addition to, administer medications and treatments, while overseeing staff. You will perform your duties in accordance with all Federal & State regulations while providing resident care services with kindness and compassion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- New York State LPN License
- Familiar with Nursing Home health, safety and sanitation standards & procedures
- Strong management skills
- Bilingual preferred - Spanish/English
- LTC experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandated unless appropriate medical exemption is provided
- All shifts available
