Position and Shift Available:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (CA License Required)
1st shift 6:30am-3pm
2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm
3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
Applicants must have a valid LVN certificate in California and be able to provide work authorization for the US.

Job Summary
- LVN is responsible for assisting with patient care under the medical direction and supervision of the patient's attending physicians.
- LVN will assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
- LVN shares responsibilities for the daily care of residents at the SNF with CNA's.
- LVN is also responsible for the delivery of medications to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- LVN will be in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and community policies and procedures.
- LVN is responsible for all documentation as required.
- LVN will work towards maintaining each patient’s self-respect, personal dignity, personal safety and confidentiality.
- LVN will display tact and friendliness when dealing with patients, families, visitors and co-workers.
- LVN will perform nursing duties as directed and in accordance with the appropriate scope of the Nurse Practice Act, including administering medications and performing treatments as ordered by physician.
- LVN will conduct thorough reporting of pertinent information regarding patient care to oncoming shift.
- LVN will coordinate incidental medical and dental care for patients.
- LVN will demonstrate critical thinking as it relates to symptoms and diagnosis and problem solving.
- LVN will maintain current knowledge of community policies, programs, services provided, and other information as directed.
- LVN will demonstrate ability to follow infection control and emergency procedures.
