High Volume Recruiting
Looking for a candidate who can develop and implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse.
Someone can partner with managers to develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
Must have 100% managing the full-cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
Must have 1-3 years of Corporate Recruiting or Agency Recruiting (non-medical)
