Multi-State legal debt collection firm seeks entry level clerks. Opportunities currently available in our scanning, mail, and payment processing departments. These positions require excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous scanning, mailroom, document processing or mail processing experience in a professional environment would be helpful.

Job responsibilities include

• Opening, sorting, and distributing all mail
• Collecting all office mail and preparing for shipment
• Scanning a high volume of documents
• Daily trips to the post office or bank

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must be able to work independently with great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to quickly learn and efficiently operate the firm's case management software.

Salary dependent upon qualifications.

Must be able to pass a 10-year national background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Mailroom candidates must have reliable transportation.
