Title: Maintenance (Painter)

What You'll Do

We are looking for a full-time painter to work at Atlantic Station to do everything from small touch-up jobs throughout the garage and in the District as well as larger jobs such as doing restriping work, painting columns, floor signage such as stop signs, arrows, etc. We require at least 5 years of experience painting professionally and will also require two letters of recommendation from previous employees. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours and days and may have to pass a drug test. Salary is negotiable based on experience of the candidate.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Painting inside of the garage with various painting tools including a professional grade striping machine.
• Someone who is meticulous in their work as our client expects a level of perfection in what we do.

What We Want From You:

• 5 years professional painting experience
• Two letters of recommendation from previous employees.
• Able to work independently as well as work quickly when possible.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Comfortable working in elements
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend
• Occasionally lift and carry items, up to 50 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
• Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather.
• Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
