We are seeking someone to join our awesome team in Chino, CA as a Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will lead a passionate team of maintenance personnel.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Assures safe and efficient operation of the distribution center equipment by structured proactive preventative maintenance of equipment, and quick reaction to breakdowns to minimize mechanical downtime.
- Assures implementation, and continuous improvement of strategies to meet long-term corporate-wide logistics needs through partnering with the Operations staff to offer solutions and to partner with external entities to fix and update systems as necessary.
- Assures leader growth and development by maintaining a robust development and training program focused on growing existing and future leaders and increasing individuals’ potential for growth.
- Assures workforce engagement in core company values and through the effective execution of HR, LP and Safety policy and programs.

Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Previous facilities maintenance or maintenance technician experience 5-7 years
- Previous leadership experience in industrial environment 3-5 years
- Previous success in completing mechanical / electrical training programs; Moderate to advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge base.
- Training qualifications in maintenance disciplines
