WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for responsible for purchasing and coordination of parts and inventory control. Additional duties will be to ensure all maintenance documentation in the Computerized Management System (CMMS), like Maintain It, Maintenance Match, ROSS, and PCLE are verified and complete.

• *OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Maintenance and Facilities departments for purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Provide sourcing of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and after-market vendors/suppliers for parts
• Manage communications for purchase orders and deliveries with vendors/suppliers
• Resolve purchase issues and coordinate with the accounts payable department for invoice processing
• Maintain records of all purchase orders
• Receive and verify all procured items for Maintenance and Facilities departments that are handed over by the receiving warehouse
• Assign work orders for Encapsulation equipment Preventative Maintenance and the Bosch 120 Hours Inspection
• Assign ROSS Numbers for new spare parts – OEM and After-Market
• Assist in the Spare Parts Management System; Spare Parts optimization and organization
• Monitor and reconcile spare parts usage
• Submit monthly usage of spare parts along with the total cost
• Assist Maintenance and Facilities personnel with ROSS and PCLE issues
• Verify all completed Preventative Maintenance work orders for closure
• Assist Inventory Control with Cycle Count and Inventory verifications for Maintenance spare parts
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum experience of 1 year in the proper use of work order system, spare parts management system, and maintenance processes
• High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced math and computer skills
• Good organizational skills
• Should have good written and verbal communications skills and have demonstrated the ability to be approachable and tactful
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively communicate in English via speaking, writing, and reading
• Must be willing to work overtime or on weekends, as the workload demand

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Exposure to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer
• Work occasionally near mechanical parts and in high places
• Occasional duties in an outside environment
• Duties are performed primarily in a smoke-free office and laboratory environment
