About This Role:
Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst I, supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s mentoring program and workforce application process for external leadership programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal
- Conduct research for programs and opportunities available for further development of leadership training opportunities for the general workforce
- Assist with various aspects of leadership training classes in support of the Leadership and Command Interest Program Managers
- Provide Waypoints, government training management system, training and information to the workforce
- Develop and maintain various metrics
- Perform needs assessments
- Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe
- Proven track record with strong written and oral communication, analytical skills, data visualization skills, and presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team
- Desire and ability to work and learn
- Disciplined to work onsite or via telework

- Knowledge of and experience with Waypoints and MS Teams
