The Manager of Global Business Development responsibilities include planning various sales promotional strategies, directing unit members and using suitable business sales opportunities for profiting and benefitting the international organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business possibilities and interacts with international customers to promote

and increase sales of an organization’s products and/or services.

  • Familiar with international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales. This individual

plays a very vital role in maintaining the financial gains of the Company and also extends its business to

various parts of the world.

  • Evaluate and re-evaluate sales plans and programs to step-up the income. Investigates new marketing

conditions and allocates other sales associates and subordinates with holding the analysis of

commodities, goods, services and clients.

  • Negotiate and write contracts, coordinate deliveries with production and distribution, manage all

international distributors and domestic OPGal EyeCGas.

  • Frequently travel abroad in order to network and sell the Company’s products and services.
  • Works in a variety of commercial enterprises and comprehends each and every aspect of the

Company's commodities and services to explain prospective customers, in a common language, as to

the usability and advantages of our product line.

  • Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and enhancements in our field and know our

competition to combat comparisons.

  • Provide outstanding and special services to the international clients.
  • Attend international seminars and conferences to boost the sales profits of the same.
  • Develop creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization.
  • Head and guide the sales personnel within the sales section.
  • Lead the sales section with respect to the attainment of its sales aims, objectives and targets.
  • Ensure that the requirements of the international clients are met by modifying the products and

services of the organization to their likes.

  • Ensure that the supervisory functions are executed correctly as per the given time and within the given

budgets of the company.

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotations and financial targets.
  • Responsible as the main and key resource for generating maximum revenue.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales reports and records.
  • Execute all other roles, jobs, duties, undertakings and responsibilities that fall under his/her

administrative and supervisory domain and all those that fit into the duties and roles of an International Sales Consultant.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with major in sales and marketing, finance or related field.
  • 8 years working experience in a similar company or organization, with international exposure.
  • Very familiar with web promotions and media.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel is primarily international
  • Position is required to travel up to 75%
