We have an opening for a Manager, Global Sales Operations & Systems. This individual will report into the Global Sales Operations office and will support, develop, and execute key business operations for Cvent sales & systems process with a focus on scaling the business through standardization, simplification & optimization

In This Role, You Will::
  • Understand & improving the entire sales lifecycle process flows for Lead Flow Management and Quote to Cash, Account & Territory Assignment, Reporting and Data Integrity of our everyday systems including but not limited to Salesforce, CPQ, CVII, & Informatica.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, PMO, and Procurement on the evaluation, selection & technical implementation for new sales efficiency, enablement, and automation tools.
  • Proactively design and executing corrective action programs that monitor the successes and failures of standard sales & systematic process
  • Interpret & document problem statements presented by the business to define to-be processes, using data to support SPOT recommendations for operational excellence.
  • Lead critical stakeholders through ideation, requirement gathering, development, UAT, deployment & change management.
  • Coordinat3 with Sales, including both individual contributors as well as managers & executives, to remain educated on current areas of opportunity to improve & scale
  • Create detailed documentation for the sales organization, including standard operating procedures, release materials, coordinating with our Sales Training & Enablement team when appropriate to develop operational focused training guides and tutorials.
  • Maintain detailed project management documentation inclusive of standard project intake criteria, a clear and detailed problem/solution statement and recurring status updates until close.
  • Capture business and technical requirements from stakeholders and supporting the implementation of technical solutions from a business analyst perspective
  • Develop metrics for measuring the success of process improvement projects, and delivering those results to senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Identify technical gaps and enhancements to be submitted & executed in partnership with departments including IT and Product for everyday sales systems including but not limited to Salesforce, CPQ, CVII & Informatica.
Here's What You Need::
  • BS/BA in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional ability to compile, analyze and present data, findings, and progress in a concise manner
  • Advanced command of MS Excel; proficient in other Microsoft Office suite of products, and experience with Salesforce and/or CPQ
  • Effective communication (i.e., written, verbal and presentation) and project management skills to drive project execution
  • Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem-solving mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales systems and processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous, results-oriented atmosphere
