Group/Division

KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, providing leadership, strategy, and solutions to prevent and address issues across production and development teams. Work within diverse teams and communicate with peers, interdisciplinary engineering groups, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to optimally connect with a broad range of individuals and teams globally to proactively develop positive relationships.
  • Focus on customer and problem resolution.
  • Provide solutions to moderate and complex problems of defined scope.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Coordinate team’s activities within organizations.
  • Identify and resolve issues, handle escalation and communicate to management. Manage MDE team to support the Mature products.
  • Lead and direct requirements for improvement of in all process areas.
  • Drive technical excellence for meeting technical standards and processes. Oversee, measure and assess team performance.
  • Plan short- and long-term projects to increase Mfg and supplier efficiency, and supplier support improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) or work experience of 1 years , Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
