Job description
We are looking to hire a marketing assistant to optimize blog posts, send emails, and update our client's social media. We interview our clients on an HD webcam to create helpful, educational videos to send to their in-house email list of customers, past clients, and prospects. Our Digital Marketing Managers help our clients create their videos, while our in-house writing, video editing, and design team make their message look great. You'll optimize the client's video for YouTube, post it on the client's video blog with a provided article, send an email to announce the video to the client's email list, and post the video on social media to help our customers get more clients. You'll work directly under your Digital Marketing Manager who communicates with the client to record their videos and guide them on strategy, along with your video editing, writing, and graphic design team who will provide all your client's marketing assets to you for promotion. No experience is necessary. All training provided. This is a 100% work-from-home position that includes health insurance. No weekend work.
Responsibilities:
  • Optimize a provided YouTube video to get found.
  • Optimize a provided blog post article to get found.
  • Optimize a provided email to send to the client's email list.
  • Optimize a social media post/ad to promote the client's video.
  • Create a personal letter to promote the videos via USPS.
  • Create landing pages to generate leads for clients.
  • Communicate with your team daily on Zoom for guidance.
  • Attend weekly staff training to improve your skills.
  • Call the client to give them occasional updates on their marketing.
  • Jump in to do a video interview with a client when necessary.
  • Help new hires get up to speed in the role.
  • Cross-train to perform other duties and roles in the company.
  • Provide shadowing for 30 days to new hires in your role, if at the top end of the pay scale.
  • Use personal Facebook to access the company Meta Business Suite to update client assets

Qualifications:
  • Excited about a promotion path to Digital Marketing Manager with a $42,000 salary
  • No experience is necessary. All training provided.
  • Bring-you-own-computer - you must provide your own computer and internet connection.
  • Ability to write effective business emails to clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to follow instructions and a checklist to promote a client's video.
  • Attention to detail to catch possible mistakes.
  • Passion for learning marketing to get businesses more customers.
  • Pass a short audition to prove your current skill for the role.

Compensation: $15 hourly + PTO + health insurance + paid holidays.
