As a Marketing Communications Consultant II, you'll use your excellent writing skills and creativity to develop materials with sales content. This role will focus on partner communications and be responsible for education, newsletter, and other communications going to our internal sales teams, to keep them updated on industry news, sales and marketing tools, and other critical information. To accomplish this work, you'll collaborate with internal business teams such as sales, customer experience, and product, as well as external partners, to create a great customer experience.
What you'll do
- Write content for a wide range of materials for our partners, including emails, operational letters, educational information, and other documentation
- Support product development and sales teams with creative and engaging messaging for new products in the market
- Develop educational materials about our products and programs for internal audiences
- Act as a liaison between digital teams, agencies, technical staff, print and mailing houses, and other contractors
- Assist with maintenance and execution of company brand and style guidelines
- Research industry-relevant content and communications best practices and trends to support the team's marketing and communications strategy
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of communication strategy and tactics for multi-year initiatives
- Connect partners to internal resources, including industry insights, events, and thought leadership to share with stakeholders
- Create and update forms and documents available on our website
- Assist with other marketing projects, including events, training, and programs as needed
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, Marketing or other related field or 4 years of equivalent work experience (Required)
- 2 years of experience in writing, editing, or marketing communications (Required)
- Sales account management or direct sales experience preferred
- Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Health care industry or health insurance knowledge and experience
- Experience in writing content that inspires the audience to take a specific action
- Ability to translate technical and business-related language into simple, creative, and engaging messages
- Comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$65,500.00 - $86,900.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$65,500.00 - $98,200.00
- National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
