Marketing Concierge | Austin, Texas | Full-time

At Wyndham Destinations our goal is simple: to put the world on vacation. Wyndham is growing in Austin and we're searching for 3 additional Marketing Concierge representatives to add to our award-winning team!

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
• Greet guests checking into Club Wyndham Austin Resort
• Provide recommendations on local area events, restaurants and/or attractions
• Provide information about the resort, amenities and things to do
• Incentivize guest/owner to attend an owner-update presentation
• Book owner-update reservations and provide follow-up when necessary
• Collect required deposits when necessary
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, industry trends and product

Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing concierge experience or sales experience preferred
• College degree in related field preferred
• General knowledge of smart devices and Microsoft Office
• Data entry experience
• Knowledge on local area (things to do, attractions, restaurants, etc)
• Ability to handle common objections and rejection
• Must be money motivated (hourly + uncapped weekly commissions and monthly bonus)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
