Are you passionate about ensuring internal and external customer service expectations are exceedingly satisfied through top notch communication and customer service skills?

Are you skilled in:

• Supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs?
• Supporting the coordination of product, event, or content email marketing campaigns?
• Creating, proofreading, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice?
• Assisting with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs?
• Auditing invoices from external vendors and ensuring accurate billing?
• Supporting department administrative needs including managing the department budget, answering support tickets from internal customers, and managing vendor relationships?
• Organizing and participating in company events within the community?
• A general understanding of marketing functions?
• Working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment?
• Effectively communicating status updates in a timely manner?

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Design skills and experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing and Photoshop is a plus.
