- Seeking a motivated individual to assist human service agency with community education of our services. Connect referral sources with our agency, seek partnerships with other organizations in the community. Responsible for collection and compilation of necessary data for program reports and evaluation.
- Works in the development and implementation of support materials in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization’s brand and position within the industry and marketplace.
- Will work to create, manage, coordinate and execute marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that drive brand awareness.
- Facilitate internal and external communications; including sales collateral materials, display ads, social media postings, digital ads, and website content.
- Maintain and oversee all branding materials within organization to ensure branding consistency across all mediums, including the appearance of all electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures.
- Manage and serve as the main point of contact for any outside advertising agencies to ensure strong ROI on all campaigns.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all collateral.
- Will assiast with sample desgn of social media and purchase of other marketing materials
- Implement a short and long-term social media strategy and develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Works closely with the Director, Communications to uphold comprehensive project management system to ensure that timelines and schedules and accuracy checkpoints are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
- Experience overseeing the design and production of both print and digital materials and publications from an agency or in-house marketing department, effectively developing, writing and coordinating campaigns and collateral projects.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) as well as digital design/layout.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, activities.
- Proven ability to analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs and accordingly plan and execute on new marketing activities and strategies.
