Peachtree Arborists is a regional arboricultural firm practicing urban forestry, municipal arboriculture, and disaster recovery. Peachtree Arborists is grounded in sustainability initiatives to help the environment in big ways. We provide annual maintenance programs for residential and commercial clients, emergency response, identify dead, dying and hazardous trees, provide plant health care services, surveying, and manage large projects.
We are currently looking to add an environmentally conscious creative individual to help manage our office and champion marketing campaigns, located in Inman Park on the Beltline.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and route calls, provide information to client, refer questions and issues to appropriate staff for problem resolution
- Schedule, set-up, and maintain the sales team calendar.
- Schedule, set-up, and manage subcontractor relations.
- Create internal/external correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets when necessary
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and maintain office supplies
- May act as liaison for vendors where necessary
- Assist with the hiring practices (advertisement, phone screens, interviews)
- Assist with all new hire paperwork
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Assist other co-workers with other duties as asked
- Data entry into various programs
- Create marketing assets, including but not limited to digital and print
- Manage all social media accounts
- Manage review campaigns
- Create supporting material for our business development team
- Work with interns to support our environmental narrative.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, G-Suite
- Graphic Design experience is a must
- Experience with Canva &/or Adobe Illustrator
- Copy writing experience is a plus
- Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information
- Must be able to communicate with others
- Able to multi-task and produce in a high paced team oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized, detail oriented and follows-through
