This position requires you to be in the office to collaborate with stakeholders. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a strong IT Developer background that will work with our Marketing department. This position reports to a Director of Marketing.
The Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites using the HubSpot an industry leading content management system. They work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop custom solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom, multilingual (10 total) Wordpress website and themes.
  • Migrate existing website from WordPress to HubSpot.
  • Customize existing HubSpot themes and plugins to meet specific needs for landing pages.
  • Create custom plugins and widgets to extend the functionality of Wordpress and/or HubSpot.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure that website is mobile responsive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and goals for their website.
  • Work with the design team to ensure website design is implemented correctly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot developments and trends in web technology.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms.
  • Comply with accessibility and security guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years international website development and management required (5+ years of experience preferred).
  • Experience developing for front-end and back-end systems.
  • Experience implementing and managing CDN links.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and HubSpot and experience with custom WordPress and HubSpot development.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP. HubL markup preferred.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and web development best practices.
  • Experience with Git and version control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, project management and team building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality assurance best practices, and ability to meet deadlines.
This job is ideal for a developer who has experience with Wordpress and/or HubSpot, a passion for web development, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, global team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating custom WordPress and/or HubSpot themes and plugins and have a strong understanding of web development best practices. This is a full-time position and the developer will work a hybrid schedule and collaborate with other developers, designers and stakeholders in different worldwide locations. The developer will have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be willing to travel internationally 10-20% of time.
