We’re currently seeking a talented Maximo Technical Support Analyst. The analyst will report to the Project Manager and will work closely with the Engineering department. They will be a full-time position and is expected to work on-site. The position is open until filled, but we are hoping to have our new Maximo Technical Support Analyst in the saddle by: November 1, 2022!
A Day In the Life:
The Maximo Technical Support Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design and development of technical solutions for IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects. They will work directly with clients and team members on the development, deployment and migrations to Maximo.
If hired, the following would be responsibilities one can expect:
- Review drawings, plans, and assets
- Make recommendations for new Maximo work order entry
- Review various equipment operations manuals to determine appropriate work plans
- Create new Maximo work orders for proper asset management
- Create Maximo work plans for proper maintenance of equipment and assets
- Review existing work orders and work plans to ensure accuracy
- Perform various Maximo data entry and database maintenance, including, but not limited to, clean-up, formatting, renaming, re-categorization, etc.
- Export data from the Maximo system and prepare reports to track and trend compulsory maintenance requirements.
- Perform other Maximo-related duties as directed by the client
Superpowers:
We are looking for a superstar that’s experienced in Maximo. You will need the following skills/abilities:
- Strong understanding of Maximo workflow and reporting functionality
- Excellent written and verbal communication / fluent English skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or equivalent work experience
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client and the project
- Experience in preparing technical specification documents, gap analysis, design documents
- Preferred, but not required experience with:
- Agile methodology
- IBM Maximo Scheduler
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
