Med Surg Oncology/Telemetry/Neuro ICU Registered Nurse-RN (Houston area-$10K Sign On Bonus)

Currently looking for Med Surg Oncology/Telemetry/Neuro ICU- Registered Nurse in the Houston, Texas area. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years nursing (RN) Registered Nurse experience in an acute care hospital. We have day and night shifts available.

Requirements of the Med Surg Oncology/Telemetry/Neuro ICU:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree. A Bachelor's degree within 3 years of hiring
• 2 years nursing (RN) registered nurse experience in an acute care hospital

Responsibilities of the Med Surg Oncology/Telemetry/Neuro ICU (RN) Registered Nurse:

• Review data from special equipment to track a patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, breathing
• Recognize the signs and symptoms of cardiopulmonary and respiratory emergencies and knowing how to start standard interventions to stabilize the patient
• Evaluate, assess, prepare and implement treatment plans for sick or injured patients providing the highest level of patient care
• Prepare and administer (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications.
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
