Do you love engaging with people and their pets? Do you love taking photos? Maybe you are the one we are looking for! We need an energetic, smart, and motivated team member to join us at Pet Supplies Plus of Goose Creek. As this special team member, you will:

- Work as a cashier with neighbor engagement emphasis (we call our customers neighbors!)

· Take photos and ask other team members to take photos of pets who come into the store, pets who win contests, pets who are being adopted, store displays, pets being groomed, etc. and send to the Marketing Director

· Submit social media posting ideas to the Marketing Director

· Meet with Marketing Director and/or Brand Representative regularly and communicate any issues/problems/questions

· Work with team members on special events (Private Brand demo, puppy party, holiday photo backdrops, outside events, etc.)

· Assist the CEO, Marketing Director, Brand Representative, and team members with event set up and prize development (for example, putting together baskets for adoptable pets of the month, raffles, sample bags for giveaways, etc.)

· Put together birthday bags and develop promotion of those bags

· Contact prize winners and arrange for pickup of prizes

· Help organize and contain marketing and brand materials

· Make sure branded tablecloths are cleaned after events

· Make sure tables, chairs, canopies, games, etc. are returned to their proper places after events

· Perform other duties as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
