Full-time, permanent employment as a Mental Health Technician working directly for the State of Washington with a desire to provide quality, compassionate care to patients with psychiatric and physical illnesses. CNA, NAC or NAR are encouraged to apply!
We are seeking motivated Nursing Assistants (CNA, NAC, NAR) to help people experiencing mental health issues. In this role, you will make real, lasting differences in the lives of our patients. We have day, evening and night shifts available to fit your schedule.
Salary Range: $39,852k - $41,600 per year. (DOE per state salary grid)

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Deliver care per individual treatment plans.
- De-escalate patients as needed.
- Communicate information to Registered Nurses regarding changes of condition and clinical information.
- Escort and transport patients.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with management, peers, clients, and the public.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification. (NAC) or Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR)
