Mountain Valley Child and Family Services is seeking a qualified, passionate Youth Mentor Weekend Supervisor to oversee our program, youth and staff on our weekend shift.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall Supervision of all weekend shift staff, and youth.
• Scheduling weekend shift
• Supervision of staff, training, mentoring
• Program supervision and development, creating effective and professional treatment
• Ensure all required needs are met per Community Care Licensing
• Communicate all written and verbal needs
• Meet (STRTP) Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study and at least one year’s experience working in a residential treatment program with a similar client population.

2. OR, at least two years’ experience working in a residential treatment program with a similar client population, at least one year of which included supervision or oversight of other direct care staff such as (as a Lead Mental Health Worker for example).

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
