Job Description:

Vaxcom, LLC (A Parsons Company) is looking for an amazingly talented Mission Support Officer to join our team! In this role you will provide mission support for a dynamic overseas program. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of mission critical travel.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop strategic policies and programs.

• Respond to priority mission critical action items. Assist with the overall standup of new support elements in all business functions areas: administrative , financial, human resources, etc.

• Perform a wide range of routine to moderately complex of financial activities and analysis to support management, staff and customers in the office of assignment.

• Serve as the primary POC for project inquiries. Use office resources to devise prompt of course of action.

• Provides general guidance to customers regarding entitlements, accounting requirements, and established finance policies.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Originates financial data and posts into Finance Systems (Agency Finance and Acquisition Systems) Reviews to ensure data integrity are maintained.

• Handle and oversee all customer related travel operations.

• Act as a liaison and manage relationships with corresponding Government entities.

• Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.

• Provide advice on travel documents and risk mitigation.

• Upload, access, store, and retrieve data in accordance with Company policy.

• Respond to clients ad hoc needs and take lead for developing response strategies.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Mission support experience - specifically, passport / visa processing, and COSMOS.
• Proven experience as a travel lead / manager.
• Knowledge of international travel regulations processing requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

Salary Range:

$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
