National Account Manager - Amazon

Overview:

The National Account Manager position oversees PSi’s business and relationship with Amazon. The National Account Manager also interfaces directly with our publishing partners to find synergies between publishers’ and retailers’ business strategies and identify growth opportunities with this key account.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to own and drive their business with a proactive and analytical approach. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years working directly with Amazon.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent PSi’s Publisher’s products to Amazon.
  • Deliver actionable analytics to Customer and Publisher partners.
  • Manage the Amazon Marketing Manager and Item Data Specialist positions.
  • Partner with PSi’s internal Vendor Management team to understand and execute upon Publisher strategies and priorities.
  • Deeply understand Amazon’s systems, strategies, and priorities to provide best-in-class recommendations to both vendors and customers.
  • Utilize 3rd party service providers to optimize PSi’s Amazon business.
  • Monitor and action sales and financial data to drive sales and meet company-set goals.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service and Planning teams to ensure that shipments are on-time and in-full.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of marketing programs and promotions, executed by the Amazon Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee pricing for new items and monitor profitability of full portfolio across each Amazon fulfillment method.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years working directly with Amazon. Additional account experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, results-oriented drive
  • High level of analytical capability
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Strength in leadership and collaboration
  • Experience with syndicated data
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Suite of programs, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience working with Vendor Central or Seller Central

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
