Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village is Central Oregon's exclusive resort-style retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are seeking to fill a Part-Time Laundry Aide.

Sunday through Tuesday: 6:00 PM to 2:30 PM

*Start and end times can be flexible

As a Laundry Aide, you will enrich lives each day by processing laundry including table linens.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (required);
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required);
• Ability to read and write English in order to follow and give oral and written instructions;
• Ability to work in an environment with older adults (required);
• Be patient, tactful, and flexible when dealing with residents, family members, volunteers, visitors, staff members, and the general public;
• Must be able to complete required paperwork with a high degree of accuracy;
• Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, moving equipment;
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds;
• After receiving the appropriate training, must be able to operate standard equipment for housekeeping and laundry tasks;
• Willingness to perform a variety of repetitive tasks;
• Willingness to accept supervision and direction from supervisor and to work as part of a team;
• Ability to work independently;
• Ability to get along with co-workers, demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude;
• Willingness to work occasional holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
