We support a multi-unit quick service and fast casual restaurant group with accounting/bookkeeping, payroll services, human resources, recruiting, and business development services. We are GROWING! We are opening new locations every year.

The Office Administration position will provide accounting/office support to a variety of locations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, sales tax reporting, and month end accounting closings. Additionally, the Office Administration position will assist in all tasks related to opening a new business.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour minimum, rate is dependent on experience.

  • Bookkeeping: 1+ year (Preferred)

Job Duties

  • A/P and A/R processing
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Payroll and Sales Tax processing and reporting
  • Daily Sales Summary and Journal Entry Processing
  • Filing, organizing, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Communicating effectively with location personnel.
  • Perform other office admin/managerial tasks – as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent bookkeeping work experience.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new tasks and situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Cloud Based Accounting Systems; Restaurant365 a major plus.
  • Experience with Office 365 or G-Suite.
  • Understanding of income, expense, asset, and liability accounting
