TapestryHealth is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide onsite support to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY. This is a 40 hour per week position. No nights, weekends, call, or holidays. **Sign on bonus available**

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York (PMHNP)
• Comfortable caring for complex patients with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Knowledge in medication management and de-escalation
• Emphasis on Milieu based non-pharmaceutical interventions
• Ability to work independently in a team environment
• Must provide proof of the Covid vaccine

Job Type: Full-time, onsite

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 plus productivity pay incentive. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, CME time off, annual CME allowance, and malpractice insurance.
